What does permanent really mean?

Permanent means clasp-less! This jewelry is fitted for you specifically, so that it's comfortable and long lasting. If you want or need to remove it, cut it at the weld so it can be placed back on. It is jewelry and should be treated with care!

How do I find That's on You? 

That's on You is found at pops up, or you can schedule a private event with us. For private events, we come to you! Or you can check out our events page to visit us at a local boutique or event and book an appointment. 

 

What if I need to take it off?

You can simply cut it off with a pair of scissors! No need to remove it for travel either! When you are ready to put it back on, book an appointment and we will re-weld it for you! 

 

What if it falls off?

If it falls off, save the chain, we'd be happy to do the welding again with the original chain. Book an appointment at an upcoming event, or message us to make arrangements. We cannot offer replacements or refunds or discounts due to the wearer's lifestyle, and other external factors that are out of control after you leave the session with us.

Do children get permanent jewelry?

Yes! With parental consent, we will do jewelry on children. As with any of our jewelry, everyone is responsible for the the care of the jewelry and should be considerate that the pieces are durable not indestructible.

Do you do private parties or events? 

Private parties and events are our favorite! Intimate settings are just more fun and allow you to spend more time with friends while picking out your jewelry.
